My interest in IT was sparked early in life and I have been honing my craft ever since. I am IT qualified and over the years I have gained plenty of technical experience within small to medium businesses, including retail as well as residential.
I enjoy assisting my clients with a wide range of tasks. No job is too small or fiddly. For me it's about making my clients feel at ease with the technology they are using, creating solutions that work and taking the time to ensure everything is 100% as it should be. I don't rush my work and I don't take shortcuts. My focus is on making the process smooth and comfortable and building long-term relationships in the process. I care about the job I do.
